LAKELAND -- Mr. Victor Randolph Armstrong of Lakeland died of injuries sustained in an auto accident Thursday (Dec. 9, 2004) in Lakeland. He was 17.

Born in Avon Park, he came to Lakeland from Sebring in 1994. He was a student. He was a member of Victory Church.

Mr. Armstrong is survived by his mother, Gowanda Armstrong, Lakeland; father, Willie Randolph Sr., Desoto City; stepfather, Tommie Young Jr., Sebring; stepmother, Karen Randolph, Desoto City; grandmother, Laweth Jerkins, Fort Myers; grandfather, MacArthur Armstrong, Lakeland.

Services were at Victory Church.
