BARTOW -- Ms. Essie Denson Glover of Bartow died of heart failure March 5, 2004, in Bartow. She was 95.

Born in Macon, Ga., she came to Bartow from there more than 50 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Born Church of the Living God.

Ms. Glover was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Glover. She is survived by her nieces, Sylvia Smith, Barbara Wardell, both of Bartow, and one grandchild.
