LAKELAND -- Mrs. Helen Green of Lakeland died of
complications following a stroke Saturday (July 5, 2003)
at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was 70.
Born in Paterson, N.J., she came to Lakeland from
Clifton, N.J., 11 years ago. She was a bartender.
Mrs. Green is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Martel,
Lakeland; brothers, Martin VanHeenst, Clifton, N.J.,
Bobby VanHeenst; three grandchildren; six
great-grandchildren.
